SHIPPING POLICY

How long does delivery take?
Remember that each product is created and printed just for you! Our the Lunar Deco print takes 1-3 days to make and then the shipping time is added on top.

What is the shipping time?
Depends on country and type of shipment. You will see the expected timing after entering your shipping address.

Why do you need my phone number in the shipping form?
It's important for delivery, the courier may contact you. It's NOT used for marketing.

How much Shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING only on print.

At the moment we cannot offer free shipping on print+frame because the volume and weight of framed prints is much more than unframed print, this is the reason why we cannot ship them for free. You will be able to see the cost at the checkout after you enter your address, shipping cost depends on Country and frame size. If you think it is expensive, we suggest to look for frame locally, near you. We designed prints on standard size.

Do I have to pay customs charges?
Import duties and taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address, and you will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. We cannot predict the cost of these charges and cannot control them indeed are not included in the final price at checkout. It depend on Country.

REFUND POLICY

Can I return my moon print for a refund or exchange?
Due to the personalised nature of our product, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. Our item is printed on demand and special just like the person it's for, we don't ever resell a moon print intended for someone else, and therefore they can't be returned or exchanged.
If we've made an error or there's a quality issue though, do get in touch with our customer service, we’ll take you through the process and we'll make it right.

What to do if my order is damaged?
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@thelunardeco.com within a week of receiving your order.

Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.

Which payment method do you use?
We use Shopify platform and we accept safe and secure payments through American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Apple pay and Google pay.

Why don't I have an email confirmation for my order?

Please make sure you check your junk mail/spam folder to ensure it hasn't ended up in there. Another common reason this happens is that you may have entered the incorrect email at checkout. Please send us an email from your preferred email address for assistance.

How secure is my personal information?

We don't compromise on privacy and security. Our store runs on a comprehensive web platform that is provided by Shopify, a worldwide e-commerce giant that has been in the business for over a decade. You can be assured your credit card information and other personal info is well protected.

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

What paper do you use?

🌙 We use museum quality print made on long lasting matte uncoated paper ,of course if your dog doesn't eat it ;)
🌙 Paper weight: 200 gsm / 80 lb

Which ink do you use?

The inks we currently use are of archival quality with tremendous durability and fade resistance.

Do you sell frame separately?

No, we do not sell frame separately. We offer poster and poster+frame.

What material are the frames made of?

Our wooden frames are produced from natural pine/oak wood whereas our metal frames are produced from aluminum.

Where do you print?

The Lunar Deco is an Italian Company. We are GLOCAL to be sustainable. Design is made in Italy e we print locally, in the best printshop around the world. As a result of local production in 33 markets and reduced transportation distances, we reduce carbon emissions on each order.

Are your paper sustainable and or certified?

Yes, we offer responsibly sourced FSC® certified paper from sustainably managed forests.

What does it mean FSC certified paper?

When the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certifies that a paper is made of responsibly sourced wood fiber, that paper earns the FSC label.
